How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order total. Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days via UPS or USPS.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do museum members receive a discount online?
Yes! Museum members receive a 10% discount on most items. Simply log in to your member account or enter your unique member code at checkout to apply your savings.
Are the glass pieces sold in the shop handmade?
Many of our glass items are handcrafted by local artists at the Chrysler Museum Glass Studio. Because they are handmade, slight variations in color and shape are expected and celebrate the unique nature of the craft.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. For special inquiries regarding international shipping for high-value items, please contact our customer service team.
Can I purchase a gift card for the museum shop?
Absolutely. We offer digital gift cards that can be sent directly to the recipient via email and are valid for any purchase made on our online store.
